These terms apply when you use Yaar's mobile app, website, WhatsApp workflows, and related sourcing services. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to them.
What Yaar provides
Yaar helps buyers describe industrial hardware requirements, routes eligible requests to suppliers, and lets buyers review supplier quotes. Yaar is a sourcing workflow service; it is not the manufacturer, seller, transporter, or payment processor for goods unless a transaction expressly says otherwise.
Accounts and access
Buyers may create an account using a verified WhatsApp number. Supplier accounts, catalogues, and service details are created and managed by authorised Yaar administrators. Keep access codes and devices secure and tell Yaar promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Requests and quotes
Submit accurate, lawful requirements for fasteners and industrial hardware. Supplier prices, availability, lead times, specifications, and other quote details must be verified before purchase. A quote or match does not guarantee stock, quality, delivery, or suitability for a particular use.
Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal goods, abusive or deceptive content, malicious code, false identities, spam, or attempts to bypass Yaar's security and routing controls. Yaar may pause or close accounts and requests that create safety, fraud, legal, or platform-integrity risk.
Communications
Service messages may be delivered in the app, by push notification, or through WhatsApp where the WhatsApp Business Platform permits delivery. Notification preferences do not suppress essential security, account, support, or active-transaction messages where delivery is legally permitted.
Availability and liability
Yaar is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Yaar is not responsible for indirect loss or for a buyer's or supplier's independent acts, representations, products, payments, or delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
